San Quentin Film Festival 2026

San Quentin Film Festival is proud to present the 2026 Best Documentary and Narrative Short Film Finalists, all directed by currently or formerly incarcerated filmmakers. The screening is free and open to the public and will be followed by a filmmaker panel and Q&A. The impact of this groundbreaking festival – the first ever to take place inside a prison – has already expanded beyond the walls of San Quentin. Please join us to celebrate the transformative power of film! To learn more about the festival, visit us on online or on Instagram @sanquentinff. Note films start right at the listed showtime. All ticket sales are final.
