About this event
One of 41 upcoming events at ROXY Lockport, and 8,788 across Chicago.
Walt Willey’s Wild Bill! at the ROXY For two shows only, the frontier comes alive right here in Lockport. Walt Willey brings the legend of Illinois native, Wild Bill Hickok, to the stage in a performance that is equal parts history, drama, and pure frontier spirit. And this time he has help from “Calamity Jane!” Wild Bill! The End of the Trail is a live theatrical experience that traces the life, adventures, and final days of one of the Old West’s most iconic figures. Joining Walt Willey on stage is his wife, singer/songwriter/actor Sarah Kaine (Woman Enough, Baptizin’ Hole, Rhinestone Butterfly) as the indomitable “Calamity” Jane, bringing two legendary characters of the American frontier together for an evening you won’t soon forget. Through vivid storytelling, rich history, and a touch of frontier drama, this performance puts you right in the heart of the Wild West. Each show is followed by a Q&A session and signing — a rare chance to meet the performers and go home with a piece of the evening.
