The space is intentionally simple: soft light, an open floor, no mirrors, no choreography. Nothing to perform, nothing to perfect. Just an invitation to arrive as you are, and move as you feel. We begin by landing in the body. Guided breathwork and subtle movement help you drop in, release tension, and shift out of the mind. From there, the journey unfolds—held by an experienced facilitator who offers structure without limitation, and guidance without restriction. The music builds in waves.
