The space is intentionally simple: soft light, an open floor, no mirrors, no choreography. Nothing to perform, nothing to perfect. Just an invitation to arrive as you are, and move as you feel. We begin by landing in the body. Guided breathwork and subtle movement help you drop in, release tension, and shift out of the mind. From there, the journey unfolds—held by an experienced facilitator who offers structure without limitation, and guidance without restriction. The music builds in waves. Grounded at first, drawing you inward. Then gradually rising—rhythm, texture, and energy opening into fuller expression. You may find yourself moving slowly with eyes closed, or more dynamically through the space. There’s no right way—every movement is valid, every experience your own. We hold a few simple agreements to support the container: no talking on the dance floor, no phones, and deep respect for personal space. This allows for a deeper sense of safety, presence, and connection—both individually and as a group. As the energy peaks, the space often shifts into a shared rhythm—a collective flow where movement becomes less about thinking and more about feeling. A chance to release, reset, and come back to yourself. We close slowly, softening into stillness. The experience integrates through rest, guided into a Gong Bath —leaving you grounded, open, and renewed. No experience needed. Come as you are. Room size is limited to 69 participants.
