15 Most Used Herbs w/ Paul Red Elk (Second Session)

15 Most Used Herbs Dr. Paul Red Elk is back! Have you ever wanted to try to make a medicinal tincture but not sure where to start? Dr. Paul is excited to share more of his powerful knowledge about the healing effects of plants. Join us for this rare opportunity to learn about the 15 most used herbs in his practice and in addition, he will demonstrate you how to make your own yarrow tincture. Please note that for those that want to participate in making their own tincture, the course will have another evening class. It doesn’t take long to prepare but then it needs to soak for some weeks before we can complete the process. For the class on October 29th – 6-8:30 p.m. – $50 per person (if not making tincture) $70 for those that want to make tincture (includes supplies – and second date) Second class December 10th at 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. to complete the tincture process. (Attendance at first session is required for second session; to register for both, go to the event listing for the October 29th session)
