Monster Dash 5K

Gather your family, invite your friends, recruit your coworkers, and join us for a day of fun, community, and giving back at the Common Thread Monster Dash 5K! Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, every entry supports teens impacted by foster care, homelessness, and other adverse childhood experiences in Utah. The fun doesn’t stop at the finish line. After the race, enjoy trunk-or-treating for the kids, games and prizes, delicious food, a costume contest, great music with a DJ, and tons of family fun!
