Application Deadline September 20, 2026. Training begins Saturday, September 26 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (Ages 18+) The Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History will begin the Fall 2026 Docent Training on Saturday, September 26 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. During the three-month program, participants will obtain in-depth knowledge of the museum exhibits, learn helpful techniques for communicating with visitors, and shadow experienced docents to learn all the skills necessary to become a public-facing gallery volunteer. Applications are accepted through the Volunteer Page on the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History website. Click Here to Submit Your Application
