It’s National River Clean-Up Day! The City of South San Francisco, OneShoreline, the San Mateo County Department of Public Works, and the County’s Sustainability Department are hosting a clean-up day on Colma Creek, one of many taking place around the Country. San Bruno Mountain Watch is excited to join in on the Colma Creek clean-up and invite you to attend as well. RSVP by emailing Rosa Albanese at ralbanese@smcgov.org LOCATION: Meet at Utah Ave bridge, at the intersection of Utah and Harbor Way, near 180 Utah Please WHAT TO BRING: Come prepared to be outdoors for three hours. Come with the following: • Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are required (ones you don't mind getting dirty!) • Dress in layers; long pants are recommended • Sun protection such as a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen • Full reusable water bottle Gloves, pickers, bags, and refreshments will be provided!!
