Tim’s Sushi Class With over 25 Years experience as a sushi chef and instructor Tim is one of the most highly trained Sushi chefs in San Diego County. Starting his career in the late 90’s under the tutelage of legendary Chef and former Hiyama owner Masa, Tim quickly became head chef. As his career progressed he helped open numerous Sushi restaurants and trained many great sushi chefs. Now Tim wants to share his expertise and extensive knowledge with you. In Tim’s class you will learn the basics and some great sushi making techniques in a fun and relaxed environment.
