Friday, May 15, 2026 11am-1pm Conservatory of Flowers — meet outside main entrance About the Program Come sketch the beautiful exterior of the oldest public wood-and-glass conservatory in North America. Eileen will teach participants how to simplify shapes, look for shadows and details, and add watercolor to their sketches. This class is a relaxing way to observe and record the world around you. Your comprehensive sketch kit will include everything you need to start your sketching practice. The kit includes a sketchbook, pen, pencil, water brush, binder clip, paper towel, and watercolors. You may also bring your own sketching materials. If you have taken a class with Eileen and would like Sketch kit #2, which is a sketchbook and a fountain pen, email Eileen at epgoldenberg3344@gmail.com. Please send the date and name of the class you are taking. This class is appropriate for ages 7 and up. All participants must register regardless of age. Please bring your own folding chair or stool.
