Taught by art educator and avid San Francisco birder Nancy Palmer, this class blends science and creativity in a welcoming, family-friendly setting. Begin the morning with birdwatching basics, then head into the garden to observe feathered friends in their natural habitats. After the walk, settle in for a creative art session using natural materials and inspiration from what you’ve seen. Whether you’re spotting birds in the treetops or creating bird-inspired artwork, this class connects kids and parents with nature in a fun and meaningful way.
