@ Learn about the benefits of mulching and composting as we ready the garden for winter. Facilitated by arborist Christian Grigoraskos, this event will take place during our weekly CCG open garden hours. Click Here to Register Maintaining a blanket of organic matter to keep the micro-life in your soil happy is paramount to a successful garden with plants that thrive. Participants will have the chance to turn a compost pile and take home a starter of biologically active living soil for their home garden. Christian Grigoraskos has been a Sanctuary volunteer since the early days of Collard City Growers circa 2014. He is a land steward, father, and arborist in the temperate jungle of North Troy.
