Eligible seniors can learn about the 2026 Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program and receive a booklet of $25 in coupons to spend on fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables from participating farms. Monday, August 17 2:00–5:00 PM Clifton Park Farmers’ Market 971 Route 146, Clifton Park Representatives from the Department of Aging and Youth Services and NY Connects will be on hand to answer questions, explain eligibility requirements, and help participants access this valuable seasonal benefit.
