Nothing feels more like a hearty, well-rounded meal than an Owen Stroud show. A skilled piano songsmith and guitar picker, Stroud treats his audiences to a vibrant blend of humor and tenderness across a variety of subjects, from full moon ruminations to funeral home jingles. Born in Austin and raised northwest in Leander, Stroud spent several years honing his chops in Nashville before returning to south central Texas and making his home in New Braunfels. Stroud has written and produced three albums to date: If There Are Other Places (2019), The Handwriting Was Mine (2023), and The Best Use Of Our Time (2025).
