Learn how the Community Oyster Garden is helping restore the Great South Bay—one oyster at a time. This presentation by Save the Great South Bay will explore how oysters improve water quality, support a healthier bay ecosystem, and how local volunteers and community partners are helping raise the next generation of oysters for restoration.
