It’s back. Artisans of Wine & Food returns for its third edition with four incredible days of culinary magic and wine distinction. Soak in a showcase of Napa Valley wineries and world-class culinarians who arrive ready to take your palate on a journey. More than 100 esteemed Napa Valley wineries along with 20+ celebrated chefs from Michelin-starred and award-winning restaurants will gather along Florida’s sparkling coastline during a long weekend devoted to wine and epicurean excellence. The lineup includes over 20 events – from vintner-hosted dinners to a progressive grand tasting and a gala headlined by a legendary chef – all in the breathtaking setting of The Boca Raton. Join Executive Vice President Fred Zammataro at select events during the festival, where he will showcase the elegance and craftsmanship of Schramsberg Sparkling Wines and the distinguished red wines of Davies Vineyards. Saturday, January 16th – Discover Napa Valley Tasting Pavilion Time & Location: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm | Grand Lawn Description: The weekend’s most popular event, the Discover Napa Valley Tasting Pavilion brings together over 100 world-class Napa Valley wineries, celebrated chefs, and hundreds of discerning palates. This signature tented tasting experience unfolds across the lawn at the newly redesigned Mizner Center and spills out toward the marina along the Intracoastal, where waterfront views and open air add something no tasting room can replicate. *Please note, Weekend Passholders receive early access to the Discover Napa Valley Tasting Pavilion, starting at 12:00 pm.
