Stewardship of the earth is a core tenet of Quakerism, which has led to many local and global connections between the Arboretum’s plant collection and Quakers. Join Jordan Landes, Curator of the Friends Historical Library at Swarthmore College and Tony Aiello, Associate Director, Horticulture to explore the stories of horticulturists, gardens, and plant specimens through the lens of the Friends. Celebrate America 250 with this special Quaker roots tour. Register Here Program Details This event is free, but registration is encouraged to receive program updates.
