Catskills Wellness

Class will take place in our Studio or outside on the Bluestone Patio (weather dependent). All levels welcome! This class builds up from fundamental poses so don’t feel shy if you’re just getting started. Can’t make class, but want to get a workout in while you’re away? Ask the Guest Services team about private yoga instruction and in-room yoga equipment. Wellness is complimentary for guests of the Lodge. Pending availability, Community Guests are welcome to join classes for $25 per person. Please call the Guest Services team at 518-628-5130 one hour prior to the class for availability.
