Pythagorean Palooza

Come join us at the Seattle Universal Math Museum and celebrate the magic of right triangles on the last Pythagorean triple date of the century! A Pythagorean triple is a set of three integers that satisfies the Pythagorean theorem: a² + b² = c². On 10/24/26, the date itself forms a Pythagorean triple: 10² + 24² = 26². And the next time this happens will be in the next century on March 4, 2105 (3/4/5). Come celebrate this special mathematical event with right-triangle-themed exhibits and activities.
