Frankie Jo and the Time Machine Frankie Jo and The Time Machine is comprised of Francesca Jozette (Frankie Jo) and Jake Montiel (The Time Machine). Folks may know the duo from other musical projects in Santa Fe, such as Free Range Buddhas and BrotherSound. There will definitely be some stripped back all acoustic renditions of beloved songs from both projects, but they also love to throw in their favorite covers from the past and present. They like to think of the evening as inviting the audience to join them around the kitchen table or to pull up a seat on the porch. We’re all here together and we just want to play some songs we love and to have fun doing it with ya! You may know some of the songs and you may not, but a good ol time will be had. Previous projects include garage-soul duo Winstons and solo project Ginger Ale in Brooklyn, NY, and, before that, Red Rattles and 6 Day Bender in Charlottesville, VA. Nutting released his first EP under his own name,“Confidence Man,” in June 2020, which he wrote, produced, and recorded. His follow-up self-produced LP , “Getting to Lupita,” was released in August 2021. Nutting plays and writes roots music and rock’n’roll. In his seventeen-year career, Nutting has had the pleasure of opening for the likes of Alabama Shakes, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Twin Peaks, The Whigs, Matthew Vasquez, and Titus Andronicus. free / all ages
