Many of you might remember that past years’ Smell of Fear cheese/beer pairing events with Adam Centamore, the Cheese FearMonger. An evening filled with powerful textures, tastes, and…smells. The glorious aromas that only truly assertive cheeses can bring to a room. For those who did attend, you know these cheeses are every bit as insanely delicious as they are aromatic. For those who missed it or for those who love the torture…. IT is baaaaack! After last year’s fiasco (we all remember the last blue cheese…), we’re at it once again. For one night, we’ll throw caution to the wind as we taste powerful cheeses and condiments that will haunt your dreams: evil washed-rind demons, cursed blue cheese monsters, and everything in between. Rounding out this curdy hellscape will be IndieFerm’s delicious beers, expertly paired in ways that might let you keep your sanity. This class is not for the faint of heart.
