Lighting Up the Sky with Love — The Pacific Wheel will shine with 174,000 LED lights in red, pink, and white, featuring animated hearts, romantic messages, and love emojis—creating a magical oceanfront backdrop each night from Monday, February 9 to Sunday, February 15.
