Chair Yoga *new time*

Join us at the Carriage House Theater, 203 Genesee St REAR, Auburn, NY 13021, every Wednesday at 1 pm! Practice some self-care with instructors from Pure Moon Yoga. Classes run approximately 1 hr. Registration is not required for this free program. Mats are not required, but please bring a water bottle. If you plan on wearing shoes/sneakers during class, please bring them to put on once you arrive. This program is made possible by the Friends of Seymour Library.
