New York State Dinner Friday, February 26, 2027 Purchase Tickets To This Event $135 per person + tax & 20% gratuity Celebrate the ingredients and flavors of New York State with a four-course dinner highlighting local inspiration throughout the menu. The evening begins with confit duck and continues with New York apples and blue cheese, seasonal fish and a classic NY strip steak. For dessert, it could only be New York-style cheesecake. Wine pairings for the evening will be announced soon.
