About this event
One of 6 upcoming events at Shafer Leadership Academy.
Virtual WORKSHOP You spend a lot of time leading others. But how well do you lead yourself? Leadership starts with you—and at the heart of how we lead is the relationship we have with ourselves. Self-trust is the ability to rely on your own judgment, values, and capabilities, even when the path forward isn’t completely clear. In this interactive session, participants will explore what self-trust looks like in leadership and what can cause us to second-guess ourselves. Through reflection and practical strategies, participants will consider how to strengthen trust in themselves, navigate uncertainty, and move forward without needing to have everything figured out. This session is for individuals at any level. Learning Objectives Understand the role self-trust plays in how we lead and respond to challenges. Recognize habits and behaviors that can strengthen or undermine self-trust. Explore practical ways to strengthen self-trust when making decisions, navigating uncertainty, and taking action.
