Nancy Turner returns to discuss her newest novel, Light Changes Everything. A celebrated historical fiction writer, she is also the author of the beloved These Is My Words, published in six languages and widely recognized as a breakout success at HarperCollins. Born in Dallas and raised across the Southwest—including Arizona and California—Turner has long drawn inspiration from the region’s landscapes and history. She has balanced her writing career with raising two children in rural Arizona and pursuing interests in painting, quilting, poetry, and history. Her academic journey includes studies at both Pima Community College and the University of Arizona, attended at the same time as her children, resulting in three graduations in three years. We hope you’ll join us for this special conversation with a cherished returning author. Admission is $15 for non-members and $10 for museum members.
