Joseph Walker is a South American–born, Twin Cities–based singer/songwriter whose original compositions and magnetic live performances have made him a rising force in the Midwest music scene. Raised across Colombia, Venezuela, and Brazil, Joseph weaves English, Spanish, and Portuguese into a soulful blend of folk, funk, and Latino roots—delivered with the immediacy of a modern looping act and the heart of a storyteller. Performing solo, as a duo with his brother Jay, or with their acclaimed six-piece Walker Brothers Band, Joseph brings a vibrant, genre-fluid sound that feels both worldly and deeply personal. In 2026 he debuts Sonidos de mi Tierra, a dynamic show celebrating his South American heritage through native instruments, multilingual songwriting, and the rhythmic spirit that shaped his life.
