Join us every 2nd Thursday for our monthly Open Arts Night at Side Rail Collective! Open Arts Night is a guided art activity and open mic — each month there is a different featured artist who guides the activity and a featured performer who kicks off the open mic. April’s featured Artist & Performer: Sophie Monson & Giantish Join us for April Open Arts where we will be creating Shrinky Dink charms and featuring performer Giantish! Giantish (Brad Chamberlain) is a singer-songwriter whose music is rooted in faith, love, and real life. His songs speak honestly about struggle, healing, and the sacred moments that show up in everyday life. With a heart for justice and community, Giantish writes music that lifts people up and reminds us we're not alone. It's about leaning into our stories, finding strength in each other, and choosing love—even when it’s not easy. Open Mic to follow the featured performance - we would love for you to share. For April's activity, artist Sophie Monson will be bringing Shrinky Dinks to Open Arts, helping us create our own personalized charms. Your artwork will be shrunk down in the oven to make durable plastic pieces that you can turn into jewelry or keychains. They are a unique and nostalgic way for creatives of all skill levels to create one-of-a-kind keepsakes - join us! A $10–$20 suggested donation goes toward supplies and the operation of this event.
