CONSCIOUSLY CLOSING THE LOOPS OF 2026 A Women's Breathwork Ceremony As the year draws to a close, we’re given an opportunity to pause and honor what has been. Some things are ready to be completed. Some are asking for a decision. Some need to be acknowledged. And some simply need to be released. Join us for a women’s breathwork ceremony devoted to consciously closing the loops of 2026. Together, we’ll create space to look honestly at what this year has held and tend to the things that may still be taking up energy—unfinished business, lingering emotions, old stories, unspoken words, or commitments that no longer belong to us. Part of our practice will be asking: What is still taking up space in me? What am I ready to complete? What am I ready to release? What do I want to leave behind as this year comes to a close? What am I taking with me into the year with me? Through reflection, group discussion, live music and breathwork, we’ll create space for what is ready to move.
