Workshop / Class: Tuition No refund or credit issued for any reason. Workshop / Class: Make-ups If, during a Workshop cycle, it becomes necessary to cancel a single class for any reason, a make-up for that single class will be offered based on availability of space and at the discretion of the staff. There is no make-up for any individual student missing a class that took place in its allotted time slot, no matter the reason. When powerful newspaper publishers raise prices at the newsboys’ expense, the charismatic Jack Kelly rallies newsies from across the city to strike against the unfair conditions. Together, the newsies learn that they are stronger united and create a movement to fight for what’s right. Including the now-classic songs “Carrying the Banner,” “Seize the Day,” and “Santa Fe,” students will continue working on building skills, such as voice, movement, ensemble work and character development – all while telling this timeless story full of spirit and heart!
