This imagery defines A Star’s Light Does Fall – a jazz album that both embraces the magical essence of the Christmas season and re-imagines the entire genre of holiday music.   Guitarist Margaret Slovak and bassist Chris Maresh will present a concert of music from their acclaimed 2024 Christmas CD, A Star’s Light Does Fall. Join us for a night of beauty and peace as they perform their enchanting instrumental jazz interpretations of Christmas classics such as “What Child Is This” and “O Come O Come Emmanuel” as well as lesser-known holiday songs like “Some Children See Him” by Alfred Burt and two non-traditional gems, “Infant Eyes” by Wayne Shorter and “Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen.   Doors open: 6:30 pm Show starts: 7:00 pm
