Christmas in the Nighttime Skies is an annual holiday kickoff event held at the Bannock County Event Center in Pocatello, Idaho. Organized by the Marine Corps League, this tradition usually takes place on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Bring an unwrapped toy. Admission is one new toy per family. The toys are collected for the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation. Drop off your unwrapped toy donations at the entrance to help local children in need. Visit Santa Claus: Bring children to see Santa Claus and share their Christmas wish lists. Watch Brilliant Fireworks: Look up at 8:00 PM for a spectacular holiday aerial fireworks display. Enjoy Food: Eat hot dogs with all the trimmings and bowls of warm chili. Gather Around Bonfires: Stay warm in the crisp November air. *Dates and details may change.
