To celebrate Carroll County’s 200th Anniversary, SQTM will be highlighting quilts and textiles made in Carroll County. If interested in loaning a piece for this exhibit, please fill out this form with your contact information, a brief summary of the piece you’re submitting, and an image of the piece. If submitting more than one piece, please complete a separate for each individual piece. All potential textiles for this exhibit must be submitted by September 1, 2026, for consideration.
