ABOUT ATLANTA CHAPTER IOLI The Atlanta Chapter of the International Organization of Lace, Inc., was founded in 1986 by three of our original members with a mutual interest in lace, one of whom was from Europe and knowledgeable of the technique in making bobbin lace. Their aim was to ensure that the skill in making lace by hand and its history were not lost, and we continue that endeavor today through education, preservation and demonstration of handmade skills. Learn more SQTM will host the Atlanta Chapter of the International Organization of Lace’s monthly meeting.
