The goal of this class is for students to walk away with a basic understanding of cocktail making. Sam will teach you the foundations of classic cocktail techniques and the evolution of modern cocktail culture. Learn about bar tools, ingredients, when to shake vs. stir, and why it even matters. You’ll get hands-on experience making (and enjoying!) two classic cocktails you can recreate at home with ease!
