They’re part of an intergenerational community who follow the band and have developed spiritual, social and economic systems that are unique and supportive of a live committed to music, dance, and love. The focus is completely on the fans and not at all on the band. Co-produced by actress Cloe Sevigny (who once followed the Dead with director Mischa Richter, Summer Tour does something rare and difficult: it takes easy targets and makes them full, stubbornly human.
