The Third Grade Collaboration has brought winter magic to Spiva for more than two decades — and our friends at General Mills have been with us every step of the way! Their long-time sponsorship helps us welcome 1,700+ young artists from seven school districts, 20+ schools, and area homeschoolers into the galleries each year. Come celebrate at our closing reception on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 10:00am–5:00pm! There will be snacks (thanks, General Mills!), hands-on fun, and a chance to win the whimsical cardboard cottage created by Spiva member and teacher Jade Henning-Cantrell. You must be present to get tickets and enter the giveaway. Every third grader who participated in this collaborative project will receive ONE free entry! (must be present at reception) Winner must pick up on their own by 5pm on Mon, March 2nd. $1 per ticket 6 tickets for $5 12 tickets for $10 25 tickets for $20 *PLEASE NOTE – Two outside walls are not painted (back and right side against the walls). The paper critters and portraits will also be taken off. It’s a perfect opportunity for your kids to finish the design of the cottage and make it their own!
