Tours Arts & Culture Food & Drink

Register by April 20! Enjoy a guided tour of Dia Beacon Museum, located on the banks of the Hudson River in Beacon, New York. Housed in a former Nabisco box-printing factory, the museum presents Dia’s renowned collection of art from the 1960s to the present, alongside special exhibitions and public programs. Founded in New York in 1974 by Philippa de Menil, Heiner Friedrich, and Helen Winkler, Dia was established to support artists in realizing visionary projects that might otherwise be impossible due to their scale or ambition. Reflecting this mission, the institution’s name— “Dia”—comes from the Greek word meaning “through,” symbolizing its role in enabling creative exploration. A group lunch at the Dia Café is included. Next, enjoy the “Taste, Learn & Tour” experience at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Go behind the scenes of the world-famous CIA for an inside look at its innovative teaching environment. Participate in an interactive demonstration that explores the science of taste, tour Roth Hall—the historic heart of the institute where culinary magic comes to life—and step into remarkable moments in food history. You’ll also connect with CIA students during an exclusive Q&A session. If you love food and are curious about the artistry and mystique of the Culinary Institute of America, this immersive experience is not to be missed. Guide: Jeanne Fontaine Friday, May 8 Depart: 7:30 am, return: 5:30 pm Includes admissions, lunch, bus travel and driver tip. Register Now Itinerary
