Join us for an afternoon of great food and great music while supporting quality music education for young people without the means to participate otherwise. Our live Jazz Band will be performing at Masuda’s Café while a percentage of all food and beverages from 11-3PM benefit the Springfield Symphony Youth Orchestra’s Youth Scholarship Fund. Springfield Symphony Orchestra’s Music on the Menu is about more than support — it’s about belonging. The Springfield Symphony Orchestra is here for all communities and all people. Yes, we perform in Symphony Hall, but we also bring music into classrooms, outdoor spaces, and informal gatherings, like this, throughout our region. We believe great music should feel inviting, not exclusive. Wherever our community gathers, we aim to be there — listening, engaging, and connecting through music.
The SSO is the largest professional orchestra in MA outside of Boston, and has been a proud member of the greater Springfield community since 1944.
