Join us on Thursday, April 23, at 7:30pm for a Smithsonian Academy Orchestra concert. Founded in 2024, the Smithsonian Academy Orchestra is a project of the Smithsonian National Museum of American History in Washington DC. Modeled after Frans Brüggen’s Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century, their repertoire ranges from Bach to Schoenberg performed on period instruments. SAO concerts are free and open to the public. No tickets required. Seating is first come first serve.
