Pool Boys

The Pool Boys are a rock cover band from Herndon, VA specializing in an eclectic mix of rock, pop and hip-hop cover songs from the last 30 years. Brothers in music, Jim Welfley locks in the beat on drums, Steve Linstrom nails down the bottom end on bass, and Dan Blanchet delivers the main melody on guitar and lead vocals and adds in the synth nuances that complete the PB's signature wall of sound. Whether your jam is high-energy rock tunes from bands like the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Green Day and Rage Against the Machine or you prefer hip-hop party tunes from Eminem, Nelly, Dr. Dre and Run-DMC, or even if you’re more of a fan of the classics from the likes of Aerosmith, Tom Petty, the Doobie Brothers and Van Halen, the Pool Boys bring a little something for everyone with a few surprises mixed in.
