Winter 2026 Commencement State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota December 11, 2026 Mark your calendar! SCF’s Winter 2026 Commencement ceremony will take place on Friday, December 11, 2026. Graduates completing their degree in the summer term are invited to RSVP for the December commencement ceremony. For more information about SCF’s Graduation Ceremonies, visit: www.scf.edu/explore/graduation/ceremony-information Grad Walk Location: SCF Bradenton Campus or Venice Campus Estimated Time: 10 minutes Date: Friday, December 11, 2026 Time: Drop-in anytime from 9:00 – 11:00 AM Guest Tickets: Not required The Grad Walk is a more flexible and informal way to celebrate your graduation. Graduates can arrive at any time during the event window and will have the opportunity to walk through the venue at their own pace. Each participant will have their name read aloud, walk across the stage to receive their diploma cover, and have time for photos before exiting. Unlike the Traditional Ceremony, there are no assigned seats, no speeches, and no ticketed guest requirements. This option is ideal for those looking for a quicker, more personal way to celebrate their achievement.
