Winter 2026 Commencement State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota December 11, 2026 Mark your calendar! SCF’s Winter 2026 Commencement ceremony will take place on Friday, December 11, 2026. Graduates completing their degree in the summer term are invited to RSVP for the December commencement ceremony. For more information about SCF’s Graduation Ceremonies, visit: www.scf.edu/explore/graduation/ceremony-information Traditional Ceremony Location: SCF Bradenton Campus Estimated Time: 1 hour Date: Friday, December 11, 2026 Time: 4:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. (Time will be confirmed for each graduate) Guest Tickets: A limited number of tickets will be available for guests (Estimate 3-6) The Traditional Ceremony is a formal, seated event that includes speeches, awards, and the full graduation experience. Graduates will have their names read aloud as they walk across the stage to receive their diploma cover. Afterward, they will return to their seats for the remainder of the ceremony. This event will also feature keynote speakers and a special award presentation. Seating is assigned, and all participants are expected to stay for the entire ceremony.
