Founded in 2020 by Erika and Mike, Fit Kitchen Meal Prep was created to help busy individuals enjoy nutritious, great-tasting meals without the stress of planning and cooking. Erika brings a passion for fitness, nutrition, and helping others stay consistent with their goals, while Mike develops balanced, flavorful meals that prove healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring.
