New York City Children’s Theater: Songs to Grow On

Join four-year-old Cathy Ann Guthrie as she steps beyond the comfort of home and embarks on a cross-country road trip filled with discovery, music, and new experiences. Inspired by the travels of legendary folk singer Woody Guthrie, this engaging production invites children and caregivers to explore the journey together through interactive play, storytelling, and live music. Sing along to beloved songs including “Riding In My Car,” “Howdi Do,” and “This Land Is Your Land” in a fun, family-friendly experience that encourages curiosity, imagination, and exploration. The adventure continues after the show! We invite you to stay for an additional 45 minutes of interactive, show‑inspired activities led by Woody Guthrie’s Songs To Grow On cast. It’s a playful, hands‑on extension of the performance – perfect for kids and grown‑ups to enjoy together. Included with AdmissionSponsored by:
