CELEBRATE BOURBON HERITAGE MONTH Hosted by Distiller/Owner Michael Scorsone, spend the night in our Barrel Room learning about this American Whiskey. From Mash Bills and Cooks, through Fermentation and Distilling. In learn about the science of Barrel Aging and why we do it. Finally enjoy a tasting of 3 different Sugar Works Bourbons. Light food will be provided. Space is limited. 21yrs and over!
