Seoul Food Sunday

Throughout Korean cuisine, there is a belief in the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and wood as well as yin and yang, all contributing to the presentation and taste of food. These five elements are present in five tastes: spicy, sour, bitter, sweet and salty. As well as five colors: red, yellow, black, white and blue. Food is medicine and all meals are meant to be communal. Come with us as we explore these amazing dishes.
