Our seasoned instructor will guide you through gentle movement and mindful breathing to help you unwind and prepare for your afternoon of deep relaxation. Part 2: Self-Care Sessions & Reception Get pampered in our Spa & Gardens! It's a rare opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and simply be present in one of Sycamore's most peaceful settings.
