Starring David Ledingham and Lyon Hamill, this new comedy brings Lincoln, the Booth brothers and Shakespeare together for a funny and thought-provoking journey from the Roman Republic to Hollywood. History, politics, show business and the American experiment collide in one wildly entertaining night at the theatre called: “funny and inventive . . . refreshing genius” This new Hit Comedy was commissioned for AFF’s JuneFest 2025, and following RAVE REVIEWS, transferred to Thunder River Theatre Company for an acclaimed encore. Now, after two years of development, Lincoln Goes to Hollywood arrives at TACAW as a fully realized full-length production. AFF’s 1st, Angry Alan, went on to Edinburgh, London, Paris, India and Off-Broadway, winning the coveted Fringe First Award and ultimately starring John Krasinski and directed by Tony Award winner Sam Gold.
