Creative Aging: Mini Ofrendas

Creative Aging (50+) at TAM is a free monthly program designed to inspire and connect. Each session offers enriching gallery conversations centered on current exhibitions, hands-on art workshops, and welcoming community time. Open to adults aged 50 and over, the program nurtures creativity, supports well-being, fosters meaningful friendships, and deepens personal connections to the Tacoma Art Museum’s collection and the vibrant work of regional artists. It is held on the 1st Saturday of each month. *Light Walking in Gallery + Sit Down Art Activity * Wheelchair & Walker Accessible *Due to limited capacity, registration is suggested but not required. *Caregivers welcomed, registration is encouraged *Walk-ins welcomed November’s art and exhibition focus pulls from the Día de los Muertos Community Ofrendas. Our project will be creating miniature ofrendas.
